How long does it take to get the template after the purchase?

this is bullshit....36 hours 4 "ticket submissions and still no template .....this is the worst online experiance I have ever had ....if this the best you can do ....get out of the business!!

Its been 24 hrs since Ive made my purchase and i still have not been sent a download link.
