I purchased a template and never used it - can i sell it?

Q: I purchased a template from your company a while ago and have never used it for anything and I was wondering if it was possible to sell it?

A: If you purchase a template at a regular price, you can MODIFY and then sell it ONCE.
If you want to sell it (a complete SITE made of the template, or a customized template) again, you MUST purchase it again.

If you purchase a template at a unique price you will get an unlimited time license, so you can sell the SITE (a customized template) as many times as you wish.

IT'S ILLEGAL TO REDISTRIBUTE OUR TEMPLATES WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN PERMISSION!
